Actor Corey Haim Dead At 38
ABC News has confirmed that actor Corey Haim, the '80s teen idol best known for his role in The Lost Boys, has died at age 38. The Los Angeles Coroner's Office said that Haim died at 2:15 am at St. Joseph's Hospital in Burbank, California, but would give no other details. KABC-TV reports that according to LAPD, the death appears to be accidental.
Beginning as a child actor, Haim starred in movies like Lucas, Murphy's Romance, License to Drive and Dream A Little Dream, in addition to Lost Boys. He and fellow teen iol Corey Feldman starred in the reality show The Two Coreys, which aired on A&E from 2007 to 2008.
